8 oz Marscapone Cheese
1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Pure Vanilla
1/4 tsp grated Orange Peel
1 tbsp Buttermilk
1/4 tsp Cream of Tarter
2 Egg Whites


• In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

• Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, mix on high speed until you see stiff peaks. Do not over mix.

• Remove and refrigerate until you are ready to ice cupcakes. This is a Misfit Recommended Icing for Sweet & Sour Chocolate Kissin' Cupcakes.
