TANGY CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

3 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 medium Onion, diced small
1 stalk or 1/4 cup Celery, diced small
Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

• Prepare ingredients.

• Combine all of the ingredients together and mix until incorporated.

• Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

• May be served as a sandwich, as individual finger sandwiches or as a topping to a salad.
