1 lb ground Turkey
1 tbsp fresh Parsley
¼ cup Onion, finely diced
¼ cup Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Coriander
1 tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Red Wine
1 tbsp Honey
1 large Egg White

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for Sautéing) or Cooking Spray (For Grilling)


• In medium bowl, combine all ingredients less Olive Oil/Cooking Spray. Mix Well until combined.

For Sauteing

• Over medium-low heat, add Olive Oil to a large fry pan.

For Grilling

• Coat grill grates with Cooking Spray or Olive Oil to prevent burgers from sticking. Pre-heat grill to 350° F.

• Separate the turkey mixture into (4) 4 oz burger patties.

• Add burgers to fry pan or grill. Uncovered, sauté / grill for 10 minutes.

• Turn burgers over, and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until burgers are cooked through. Remove from heat and serve.

• For a low carb version, place burgers in between layers of iceberg lettuce and top with Reduced-Fat Cheese and Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
