2 cups Whole Grain Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/4 cup unsalted Peanuts, finely chopped
4 tbsp Butter, salted
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, tightly packed
2/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 


• Preheat oven to 350˚F.

• Cover a rimmed cookie sheet with foil. Place a 13" x 9" piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the cookie sheet. Set aside.

• In a large bowl, combine Rolled Oats, Rice Krispies, Salt, Baking Soda, Flour and Peanuts. Mix Well. Set aside.

• In small sauce pan, melt Butter, Canola Oil, Sugar and Brown Sugar together. Occasionally stirring, simmer on low for 10 minutes.

• Remove from heat and combine with dry ingredients. Mix until ingredients are well combined.

• Add Honey. Mix well.

• Add Chocolate chips. Mix well.

• Transfer mixture to the parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Evenly distribute mixture across the whole cookie sheet, side to side, top to bottom. With a spatula, gently press down so the top is level.

• Bake for 25 minutes or until Granola is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.

• While still on cookie sheet, cut Granola into rectangular bars. Lift foil from pan, separate bars and wrap for storage.
