1 tsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Lamb
2 medium Onions, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 cans (14oz) Diced Tomatoes
1/4 tsp dried Sage
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
4 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese


Large Flour Tortillas
2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheddar & Colby Cheese or Feta Cheese


• In large sauté pan over medium, heat Olive Oil.

• Add Lamb. During browning, break Lamb into smaller pieces.

• When Lamb is almost cooked, about 8-10 minutes, add Onions. Sauté Onions for 4-5 minutes or until  translucent.

• Remove excess oil from pan.

• Add Garlic. Mix well. Sauté for 1 minute.

• Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.

• Remove from heat, hit the Fixing’s Bar and wrap your Burritos.

• Enjoy!

NEVER purchase AUSTRALIAN or NEW ZEALAND imported Lamb! Check the package carefully before buying. Though it is generally cheaper than USA grown Lamb, it is very gamy, tougher in texture and has an undesirable odor, both raw and when cooked. In this case, you get what you pay for.
