3/4 lb. Ground Veal
3/4 lb. Ground Pork
1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Parmegiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
3 whole Eggs
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried Parsley
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Water

1 to 1 1/2 cups Vegetable or Olive Oil 


• In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well combined.

• Separate mixture into 14 round meatballs. Set aside.

• In large fry pan or heavy skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

• When oil is simmering, carefully place as many meatballs into the pan without crowding them. Rotate meatballs to ensure golden brown on all sides, about 10 - 12 minutes.

• When golden brown on all sides, remove from pan and set aside.

• Continue frying the remaining meatballs.

• Add the Meatballs to 30 Minute Marinara Sauce to finish cooking. Cook in sauce for 1 hour.

• Remove from sauce and serve hot as a side dish. Great with Angel-Hair, Lasagna, or Penne Pasta.
