GARLIC ROASTED RED PEPPER, FETA & PROVOLONE GRILLED CHEESE

Ingredients

1 jar (12 oz) Sweet Roasted Red Peppers
4 large cloves Garlic, sliced
1/2 cup Olive Oil

SANDWICH
2 slices White Bread
2 tbsp Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 slices Mild Provolone Cheese
1 tbsp Butter, lightly salted and softened 

Directions

• Remove Red Peppers from jar. Drain off liquid.

• In a bowl, add Olive Oil and sliced Garlic to Red Peppers. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

SANDWICH

• Spread 1/2 tbsp of Butter to the outside of each slice of bread. Layer as follows:

Layer 1: Slice of Bread
Layer 2: Provolone Cheese
Layer 3: Crumbled Feta Cheese
Layer 4: 3 Slices of Garlic
Layer 5: Roasted Red Peppers
Layer 6: Slice of Bread

• Pan fry sandwich over medium low heat until golden brown on both sides.
