2 lbs. large Shrimp, cleaned, de-veined, de-shelled
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
7 cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh Basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 


• Preheat oven to 450˚F.

• Prepare the individual ingredients.

• In bowl, combine all of the ingredients, less the 2 tbsp of Olive Oil. Toss or mix well to incorporate.

• Transfer Shrimp mixture to an oven safe baking dish. The shrimp should lay flat in the dish and not overlap with one another. This will ensure that the shrimp cook evenly and for the same amount of time.

• Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of Olive Oil over the top of the mixture.

• Bake or broil, uncovered for 10 - 11 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and pearly white. Turn shrimp over half way through cooking.

• Remove and serve hot.
