6 large Eggs, hard boiled
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste

1 tsp Fresh Herbs (Tarragon, Dill, Savory), finely chopped


• Peel the outer shells from the Hard Boiled Eggs. Cut each Egg in half.

• In food processor, pulse Eggs until evenly chopped. Remove and place in bowl.

• Add Mayonnaise, Mustard, Salt, Pepper and Herbs. Mix well until incorporated.

• Add a scoop to any salad or serve on bread.
