1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 1/2 cups Coconut, shredded or flaked
2/3 cup Dulce de Leche
1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla or Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips


• Preheat oven to 350˚F.

• In medium bowl, sift flour and salt together.

• Add coconut. Stir until it is well covered in flour.

• Add Dulce de Leche and Vanilla. Mix well until is becomes a thick batter.

• Add chocolate chips. Stir well.

• Grease two cookie sheets.

• Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture onto each cookie sheet leaving at least a 1” space between each.

• Place on middle shelf of oven and bake for 15  minutes or until golden brown.

• Take out and cool on a baking rack.
