5 Eggs, hard boiled
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mild Paprika for decoration


• De-shell hard boiled eggs.

• Slice eggs lengthwise.

• Carefully remove yolks from the whites and place in a bowl. Set egg whites aside.

• Mash the yolks until coarse.

• Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

• Mix well until a creamy consistency.

• Carefully spoon yolk mixture back into the holes of the egg whites.

• Sprinkle with Paprika and serve.
