14.5 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
½ cup Bourbon
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp Apricot Preserves
1 ½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Black Pepper

3 lbs Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets

• In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients, less chicken. Stir well.

• Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, until it has reduced by half, about 20 minutes. Makes 2 cups of BBQ Sauce.

• Meanwhile, preheat the grill to 350°F.

• When sauce has cooled, separate it equally into 2 bowls, one for basting the chicken and the other as a reserve dipping sauce.

• Lightly season each Chicken Breast with salt and pepper.

• Using your 1 cup of basting sauce, liberally coat both sides of the chicken breasts.

• Place each breast over grates and grill for 10 minutes.

• Turn over and baste each breast again. Continue for another 10 minutes.

• Turn over and rotate chicken breasts 45 degrees. Baste again. Continue grilling for another 10 minutes.

• Turn over and baste again. Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180 F. Remove from grill and set aside. Discard the BBQ Sauce that was used for basting.

• Reheat the reserve BBQ Sauce and use for dipping along side the grilled chicken breasts.
