2 cups whole Strawberries, fresh or frozen (Reserve 1/2 cup for Decoration)
3/4 cup whole Raspberries, fresh or frozen (Reserve 1/4 cup for Decoration)
2 tbsp 100% Fruit Juice (Cranberry, Orange, or Pineapple)
1 tsp Coconut Extract (Optional)
750 ml Bottle Moscato or Asti Sparkling Wine, chilled
1/2 cup Ginger Ale


• In blender, add 1 1/2 cups Strawberries, 1/2 cup Raspberries and Fruit Juice. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.

• Remove from base. Place mesh stainer over the serving pitcher or punch bowl. Pour Berry mixture through the strainer to separate seeds from liquid. Discard seeds and remaining chunks.

Optional: Add Coconut Extract. Stir.

• Add Chilled Moscato or Asti Sparkling Wine and Ginger Ale. Stir.

• Add remaining 1/2 cup Strawberries and 1/4 cup Raspberries to pitcher and Serve.
