1 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
2 pounds Chicken Wings 


• In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, less chicken, and whisk well.

• Transfer marinade to large plastic bag. Add Chicken Wings. Seal and shake well. Marinate in refrigerator from 4 hours to overnight.

• Preheat oven to 350° for 1/2 hour.

• Place chicken and 1/2 cup of marinade in a foil lined 13" x 9" glass baking pan.

• Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180°F and the whole wing is evenly coated with sauce and has a reddish-brown appearance. Turn wings over every 20 minutes.

• Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
